Spring and Easter is (almost) Here!

Happy Friday! 

Today I, Lena Katrine, have two more projects to show you 💓

First one up is a card using images from the new set HW25592 Funderare 💓

I've masked together 3 of the images and coloured them up using both 

Distress Markers and Zig Real Clean Color brushes 💓

I've used Zigs in these colors: 074, 069 & 073, and

Distress Markers in these colours: Antique Linen, Punice Stone, Scattered Straw, 

Spun Sugar & Iced Spruce 💓

All 4 sides of the card, have the same layout - as always, and the space for the personal greeting, is decorated with som cute little hearts from the same stamp set 💓

I've also used the new textsboxes from the set Ruttexter - Norska 💓

These textboxes are so versatile, and I absolutely love them (as well) 💓

The second project I'll show you today, is also a card - but this one is an easter card 💖

On this card I've masked together some stamps from the Easter set PåskÄggstra 2025 💖

The images are colured with Distress Markers in these colours:

Antique Linen, Victorian Velvet, Bundled Sage, Pumice Stone & Weathered Wood 💖

Inside the card, I've stamped a text from HW24518 Långa Planterare, and decorated the white space with some eggs from the set PåskÄggstra 💖

On the back of the card, I've used my beautiful personal stamp 💖

I hope you'll still have some time to create before Easter sets in, and 

that you'll find some inspiration in my projects!

Happy Easter MDC

Hallo hÄnglar-Freunde, ich bin's wieder, Jay Jay. Heute habe ich eine weitere Memory Dex Karte zu zeigen.

This time I used the cute honey bear from the new Honungsbjörnar / honey bears set as a polar butterfly bear. The easter handcart is from the PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 set.

Dieses Mal habe ich den niedlichen Honigbär aus dem neuen Honungsbjörnar / honey bears Set als Polar Schmetterlings Bär coloriert. Der Oster Bollerwagen ist aus dem PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 Set.

The "Frohe Ostern" (happy easter) is from the new Ruttexter Tyska / Square words - German set. I really love the size of the words.

Happy Easter Bunnies

Hallo hÄnglar Freunde, ich bin's, Jay Jay. Seid ihr bereit für Osterkarten? Nur noch ein Monat!

Ich habe das süße Hasenmädchen und den Eierwagen aus dem PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 Set für meine Karte verwendet.

I used the sweet bunny girl and the egg handcart from the PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 set for my card. 

Das "Happy Easter" ist aus dem Påskhare / Easter bunny A7 Set. In den Hintergrund habe ich hellgrüne Kleckse aus dem Stänk / Splashes Set gestempelt.

Für meine zweite Karte habe ich den Hasenjungen aus dem Set PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 genommen. Ich liebe die Häschen aus diesem Set ♥. Hier könnt ihr die Kleckse im Hintergrund besser erkennen.

For my second card I used bunny boy and the egg handcart from the PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 set. I love the cute bunnies from this set ♥. Here you can see the splashes in the background better.

Ich habe jeweils noch ein Papierband an beiden Eierwagen angebracht. Dafür habe ich einfach ein kleines Loch am Wagen und zwei an den Hasenpfoten gemacht und das Band hindurchgezogen.

I added some twine to the handcart on both cards. I just made some small holes to the handcart and two at the bunnie's paw to stick the twine through.

Meine Motive habe ich mich Albrecht Dürer Aquarellbuntstiften coloriert.

Påskehilsen

Easter is coming!

The last week we've had lovely spring weather, and then a new winter - march is always kidding us around this time of year 😜 

But every day now, we're getting closer to Easter, so this time I've made an Easter project to show you 😊

I've decorated the paperbag my Easter stamps arrived in 😊

I've masked together two stamps - from the sets VårÄggstra & PåskÄggstra, and coloured them with Zig Clean Color Real Brushes and Distress Markers in these colours:

Zigs: 074, 069, 230 & 402.

Distress: Pumice Stone, Tea Dye, Scattered Straw, Antique Linen & Gathered Twigs.

On the back side, I've made space for a personal greeting, and decorated it with the bold eggs and a branch from the same stamp sets 😉

Rooster & Hen Easter Decoration

Hi hÄnglar friends, it's Jay Jay again. When I first saw the new Tupp & Höna / Rooster & Hen set I immediately had the idea to make an easter decoration with the set and some wooden logs.

Normally the logs are brown but I spray-painted them with white chalk spray paint. 

Then I colored the images in happy colors, machting to Easter. I'm using Albrecht Dürer watercolor pencils from Albrecht Dürer to color my images.

Then I adhered the images to acetate and cut them out. Now they are strong enough to stand within the logs. The eggs are from the PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 set, which was part of the Easter Special 2025.

I still added a matching sentiment "happy easter" (in German), a flower and some grass.

I hope you like my idea.

Cluck cluck cluck

Hi hÄnglar friends, it's Jay Jay again. Did you already see the new release? If not - go to the shop and take a look at *NEWS*.

I used the hen from the brand new Tupp & Höna / Rooster & Hen set to create a mini slim line easter card. I love pink, green and brown for spring cards.

I added some eggs and bows from the PåskÄggstra / Easter Eggstra A5 set, which was part of the Easter Special 2025. There are some sets left, so if you missed the special offer - hurry! You could be a lucky one and get the two special sets (easter and spring), too! But there are only a few left.

I love the new hen! With or without the stick, it can be used in so many ways!

I added some parts of the card with 3D pads. I like the three-dimensional look of the grass and banner.

Chicken coop card

Hi hÄnglar friends, it's Jay Jay again. Today I have a funny card to share with you. A chicken coop.

I used the boy from the Vårvinter / Spring Winter set and added an easter basket (e. g. from the Flicka med Höna / girl with hen stamp) to his hand. The big chicken is from the Hönsgården / The Chicken farm set.

I used the wreath from the Vårvinter / Spring Winter set to create nest for the chicken. The small chicken are from an image like Flicka med Höna / girl with hen.  

The sentiment is from the Vårvinter / Spring Winter set and I "deleted" the word moments and added the word "eggs" from the Morotskaniner / Carrot Bunnies set. And I tought the Stänk / Splashes could also work as "chickenshit". 

On my card's back I used my new personalized stamp. Do you already ordered yours? The next order will be possible between March 1st and March 15th, 2025. Visit the shop on March 1st for more detail.

I used Clear Stamps - Småharar / Small Bunnies A7  .

I created the paper with the egg of Clear Stamps - Morotskaniner / Carrot Bunnies.

 I colored with watercolors.

Start med kartong i størrelse 18 x 24 cm

og preg på 7 - 8,5 - 15,5 - 17 cm

Klipp vekk, så arket blir seende slik ut.

Cut off the corners, so the paper look like this.

Jeg brukte en kant punch på ene siden.

I used a edge punch on one of the sides.

Så merket jeg med blyant,

der hvor pyntekanten går opptil.

Kutt på skrå.

Da vil du få en pen avslutning.

Then you will get a pretty edge.
