A huge THANK YOU to Francine for this three guest posts during February.
Don't forget to visit her blog and follow her on instagram.

 Hi everyone!

Francine here! I’m back with a last collaboration spot for hÄnglar & Wings! I’ve shared three cards throughout the month of February showcasing their adorable stamps.

For today’s card, I went for a clean and simple card using the fabulous ski stamp from the Large WinterhAngels (Stora WinterhÄnglar) set. Here is what I came up with:

I started by creating a top-folded card base using Kraft cardstock. I then spritzed white ink with a paintbrush to the card front and left it air-dry. Next, I stamped the Snow wishes in black ink to the panel using a stamping tool. The sentiment is from the Large WinterhAngels (Stora WinterhÄnglar) set, too. I stamped and colored the ski image and cut it with scissors. I adhered it to the card front as shown with foam pads for more dimension. The image, with the white edges, really pops against the cardstock. The white splatters add interest and it looks a bit like snow! I hope you’ve enjoyed this CAS inspiration card!

Thanks to everyone for the lovely comments on hÄnglar & Wings’ Insagram and Facebook, but also on my Instagram! I was happy for all the feedback! Lisa and Marie… Thanks so much for the collaboration!

Happy crafting!

Harry & Hedvig Love from our guest Francine

Hi crafters!

Francine from Switzerland here! I’m back with another collaboration spot for hÄnglar & Wings!

For today’s card, I decided to create a card using the sweet hippos from the Harry & Hedvig in the mountains (Harry och Hedvig i fjällen) stamp set. Here is what I came up with:

I started by creating a top-folded card base from white cardstock. I sponged blue and green Distress inks over the front panel using blending tools. Instead of using the whole body of each hippo, I did some masking and partial stamping. I stamped both heads close to each other with black ink and die cut around with a heart shaped die. I colored them and adhered the heart to the card front onto the blended background with foam pads for more dimension. Next, I heat embossed the Enjoy every moment sentiment with white embossing powder onto a strip of black cardstock. The sentiment is from the Large WinterhAngels (Stora WinterhÄnglar) stamp set. I adhered the strip to the card as shown using foam pads too. I also added a small strip of black & white patterned paper for more interest. To finish off my card, I embellished the front panel with three enamel dots.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this new card inspiration. Maybe, you’ll give it a try! Partial stamping is such a wonderful and versatile technique!

See you next Saturday for one last guest spot! Until then, happy crafting!

Good morning!
Today we are happy to announce our gest Francine Vuillème.
She will guest us with three posts, of which this is the first.
Please visit her blog and instagram to see more of what she creates.

Hi crafty friends!

I’m Francine Vuillème from www.1001cartes.ch  I live in Switzerland in the wonderful Three-Lakes-Region with my husband and our sweet Papillon dog Max. I’ve been crafting for over ten years. I discovered scrapbooking and cardmaking by leafing through a book and it was love at first sight. It changed my life, as well as my shopping habits LOL! I’m self taught. I love experimenting and playing with different techniques, especially ink blending and mixing colors together. You can find me on Instagram @francinevuilleme. Thanks so much to hÄnglar & Wings’ team for having me as a guest designer this month! I hope you’ll enjoy my card inspirations using their adorable stamps!

For today’s card, I decided to use the cute girl from the Large WinterhAngels (Stora WinterhÄnglar) stamp set.

I went for a clean and simple design that makes the image pop. I created a top-folded card base with white cardstock. Next, I sponged blue Distress inks over the card front using a blending tool. I adhered a white stacked hearts die cut to the ink blended background to add a layer for more interest. I then stamped the adorable girl in black ink, colored and cut her with scissors. I adhered the sentiment and the girl with foam pads to the card front as shown. The sentiment is from the Large WinterhAngels (Stora WinterhÄnglar) stamp set too. To finish off my card, I added three enamel dots. It’s a simple card but the image stands out so well against that clean background.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. That’s all for me today! See you soon with more inspiration!
