10 December - Advent Calendar 2019

Today it's me - Lisa who is opening the 10th window in our advent calendar.
A small easy made gift - candy in a cellophane bag with a decorated paper header and a gift tag where you can write a message on the back.

I've used the Pepparkakstjej and words from set Mer Jul.

Idag är det jag - Lisa som öppnar den 10e luckan i vår adventskalender.
En liten gåva som är enkel att göra - godis i en cellofanpåse med dekorerat "huvud" och en tag där man kan skriva ett litet meddelande på baksidan.

Jag har använt mig av Pepparkakstjej och text från Mer Jul.

Even faster and easier? Put the tag on the topper (header) of the bag,
and all you need is to keep track of one piece. Have a sweet christmas!

9 December - Advent Calendar 2019

Goodmorning, Inge here to open window number 9 on our Advent Calendar

Today a little gift idea for a crafty friend made with the hÄnglar and Wings stampset Granar. This set has lots of wonderful tree stamps, a couple of sentiments and a christmas ornament. For this box I only used one of the sentiments and the christmas ornament. 

The box is made from Kraft- and white cardstock and some beautiful Maya Design patterned paper.

In the box there is room for four rolls of washi tape or 4 tea lights, just what you like. I am sending this box to a crafty friend from which I know she will loves the washi tape.

6 December - Advent Calendar 2019

Good morning everyone, Becky here with you with today's advent inspiration.

I have decided to do something SOOOOO different for me, matching tags and wrapping paper.

I have used both the boy and the girl from the Med Ljus och Lykta set, and the star is part of the set too.

I have used detail gold embossing powder for the tags, I have used kraft card and also distressed the edges with walnut stain ink.

I have made three tags,

The camera hasn't picked up the shiney gold too well, but in real life they look so pretty, I had forgotten how much I like watching the embossing powder melt, lol.

All three of the tags...

For the wrapping paper I have simply used brown paper that you can get from the post office to wrap parcels in, and stamped all of the images on using brown ink, I really like the look of brown on kraft.

I have used string to wrap the present, I am starting to use less single use plastic, and this is another one of my baby steps.
